We deliver small items under 2KG to any UK destination by Royal Mail. All other items are delivered by courier, to England and Wales & some parts of Scotland.
We cannot deliver to the following Postcodes AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, any UK island, including Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Guernsey & Jersey, Northern Ireland & BFPO.
Items under 30Kg and 1.2 metres in length are delivered by DHL on a next working day delivery schedule (Monday to Friday are working days).
Items over 30Kg and 1.2 metres in length are delivered by XDP Express on a 48-hour delivery schedule (Monday to Friday are working days). Please note, some outer lying areas may take a bit longer. You will be sent an SMS with the delivery date and an approximate 2-hour delivery window.

Delivery
Once your item is dispatched we will upload tracking information in to your purchase history, at this point we cannot change your delivery address. All deliveries are made between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and we cannot offer a timed delivery. Unfortunately, a small number of deliveries may not reach the buyer within the specified time schedule, as delays can sometimes occur that are out of the couriers control, for this reason they/we will not offer any compensation or refunds in the event of your goods arriving late.
If your goods do not arrive within the specified time, please contact us, and we will assist.
A signature is required to confirm you are happy to receive your order in the condition that it has arrived, please do not mark them as “unchecked” as you will waive the right for us to claim if the goods are damaged in transit. If the goods look damaged, please check them and sign for them as damaged and report it immediately, if goods are not signed for as damaged upon delivery, we are unable to raise a transit damage claim against the carriers.
Deliveries are made to the front external door of your building, as the couriers are not insured to take goods inside buildings or carry them upstairs, therefore please ensure that you have sufficient assistance, or that you are capable of moving/lifting the item that you have purchased.
Missed deliveries/ Undelivered Returns
If a parcel is returned to us after 2 failed delivery attempts, the buyer will be responsible for the return postage cost and any re delivery attempt’s, please ensure that your delivery address & contact number are correct BEFORE buying, and that there will be someone available to receive the goods between 9-6 on the day of delivery. If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave a calling card or notify you electronically. Any unwanted returns will be subjected to an admin and restocking charge.
Damage on receipt
In the event of goods being damaged a replacement part will be sent, we will require you to send a photo of any damage and a part number of the damaged piece, we cannot proceed with your claim until this information is received. All furniture items come with a 12-month limited manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defective parts only, their warranty will not cover the return costs or wear and tear.
