All your purchases are for home assembly (unless specified) and come with a 30 day no quibble returns policy, all we ask is that you do not assemble the item and you return them at your cost, in their original unopened and undamaged packaging and by a tracked and insured courier.
No return will be accepted if it is not in its original packaging regardless of reason for return. Once received and checked by our goods in department we will refund your purchase price (we do not refund the cost of return shipping).
In the event of goods being damaged a replacement part will be sent, we will require you to email/message us with a photo of any damage and a part number of the damaged piece, we cannot proceed with your claim until this information is received. Only in the event of a replacement not being available we will offer a refund. All furniture items come with a 12 month limited manufacturer’s warranty which covers defective parts only, their warranty will not cover the return costs or wear and tear.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9-5 (excluding bank holidays), we cannot offer a timed delivery as goods are shipped by numerous courier companies. We choose the most cost-effective service for each item. If you are unsure which company will be delivering your item please check your purchase history as we upload tracking into onto your order alternatively please contact us on 0161 430 2414 and we will be happy to advise you.
Deliveries are made to the front external door of your building, as the couriers are not insured to take goods inside buildings or carry them upstairs, therefore please ensure that you have sufficient assistance or that you are capable of moving/lifting the item that you have purchased.
Once you have placed your order we will upload tracking information into your purchase history, Our chosen couriers work hard to ensure that all deliveries are received the next working day, however research shows that a small percentage of deliveries may not reach the buyer within 24 hours, all couriers do advertise that delays can sometimes occur that are out of their control, for this reason they will not offer any compensation or refunds in the event of your goods arriving late. If your goods do not arrive within 24 hours of the expected delivery time, please send us a message and we will assist. AS THIS IS A FREE DELIVERY SEVICE ONLY 1 DELIVERY ATTEMPT WILL BE MADE, ANY SUBSEQUENT DELIVERY ATTEMPTS WILL BE CHARGEABLE.
If an undelivered parcel is returned to us the buyer will be responsible for the return postage cost and any chargeable re delivery attempt’s, therefore please ensure that your delivery details are correct BEFORE buying and that there will be someone available to receive the goods between 9-5 on the day of delivery.
A signature is required to confirm you are happy to receive your order in the condition that it has arrived, please do not mark them as “unchecked” as you will waive the right to claim if the goods are damaged in transit. If the goods look damaged please check them, sign for them as DAMAGED and report it to us immediately, if goods are not signed for as damaged upon delivery, we are unable to raise a transit damage claim against the carriers.
If you have changed your mind or the item does not meet with your expectations, we offer a 30 day returns policy. We have a few simple requirements in order for you to be able to return your order-
- Goods must be returned in their original unused & undamaged packaging, complete with all items that you received.
- Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Any returns after this period will not be refunded. Your goods will be made available to you for collection for 30 days before being disposed without refund.
- We do not offer a free home trial, and we are unable to provide a free return label, it is the buyers responsibility to return the goods via a tracked & signed for courier service.

All goods must be checked at the time of delivery and if you see any damage to the packaging or goods, please sign for this as “damaged.” If you do not sign for them as damaged you will waive your right to claim from the couriers’ transit liability insurance and we will not be able to replace your goods or parts.
In the event that the goods have a manufacturing defect, the manufacturer will replace the affected part where possible, we will need the following information.
- Product name
- Description of fault
- Photo of fault
- Manufacturers part number/letter (obtained from the assembly instructions)
All our products are supplied with a manufacturer’s 12-month warranty. If you feel your product is faulty please contact us directly at online4discounts@ btinternet.com with photos and description of the fault. Once this information is received, we will forward your warranty claim to the manufacturer for their approval. The manufacturer’s warranty will only cover faulty goods and they may refuse your claim if they deem that the goods have been mis used or accidentally damaged, if parts are not available the manufacturer may replace the complete item.
Exclusions from our returns policy
Vacuum packed and rolled mattresses, toilet seats, toilet brushes, sanitary goods or Hygiene products cannot be returned once opened. Do not open sealed packaging or unroll mattresses to inspect them as there will be clear identification seen through the packaging in the event of damage. Opened vacuum packed mattresses cannot be returned for any reason.

Images and Dimensions
All of our listing images are for illustration purposes only and may be subject to minor product variation there may also be dimensional variations as our suppliers can change them without notifying us.
Once you receive your goods, please check each piece before beginning to assemble, as we are unable to claim against any damage in transit or accept the item back once assembly has begun, as assembling any damaged goods will invalidate any courier or manufacturer’s warranty.
If you find any manufacturing defects or issues during assembly please contact us immediately for further instructions, in ALL cases please keep all the original components including the packaging, as any return to manufacturers will need the original intact packaging. Failure to comply with this could lead to claim being rejected. Mattresses: As mattresses are a Hygiene product, we are unable to accept any “home approval” or returns once a mattress has been opened, therefore please ensure you know what you are buying.
