Please note we only have a returns policy for faulty or broken goods, you may be asked to send a photograph for confirmation of the damage. If, when your item is delivered and there is damage to the outside of the boxes, please sign the delivery notes damaged packaging & unchecked. Inspect the goods carefully and contact us if there are any problems within 48 hours.


If the damage is caused during transit you will need to keep the goods and original packaging for proof on the insurance claim. The claim can take up to six weeks to be settled and the refund will only be given once the claim is finalised. If a return is requested it must be returned within 7 days in the original packaging.


Any return will be at the expense of the buyer, should a returned product be found not faulty we will credit you minus all of our associated fees including delivery.
