What is your return policy?
We only accept returns in the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged. Please see our returns policy for full details.
Do you combine shipping?
We ship free of charge.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We always aim to ship within 24 hours of cleared payment and use a number of carriers on either a 24 or 48 hour basis.
Can I take delivery of my item on a Saturday or Sunday?
Sorry we only have a weekday delivery contract with our carrier companies.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry we are currently unable to offer shipping outside of the UK. Please see our shipping policy for further details.
Do you have the dimensions of the item?
Please check the listing as the vast majority of our items already have dimensions. If not please send an email to customerservices@online4discounts.co.uk and we will deal with your query as soon as possible.
Can your items be viewed in a showroom/shop?
In order to sustain our discounted prices we are unable to offer a retail outlet.
Can I collect my purchased goods?
Collection is fine, but there is no discount for collection. Please contact us to arrange a suitable collection date and time as we mainly work Mon - Fri / 9am - 17.30pm.
Can I speak to someone in person regarding one of your products? Can someone call me to give me advice?
Yes, no problem. Please either forward a telephone number so we can contact you or call us on 0161 351 1888 (office hours only)
When can I expect a reply to a question/email?
We endeavour to reply within 24hours but please note we do not work 24/7 so a response over a weekend may be slower. Our office hours are Mon - Fri / 9am to 17.30pm.
