Postage
Free postage is for UK mainland only with an exception for the Scottish Highlands. We have a £10 delivery surcharge for the following areas:
Scottish Highlands
Scottish Islands
Isle of Man
Northern Ireland.
We are currently unable to deliver outside of UK mainland and the above areas.
We accept payment by Paypal, Most major Credit Cards, Postal Orders and Cheques although we would wait for clearance on these before dispatch.
Delivery
Deliveries are made via numerous carrier companies as we choose the most cost effective service for each item. If you are unsure which company will be delivering your item please contact us and we will be happy to advise you. We do not deliver on weekends or Bank holidays and are unable to provide a time for delivery. If the parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts the buyer is responsible for firstly the postage return cost to us and any re-attempt to post.
Please also note that the buyer must take responsibility for damage to glass, ceramics or crockery items as carriers will not cover damage to these items under their insurance. We will not pay for or replace any damaged glass, ceramics or crockery unless you have paid an additional insurance premium for the item. Please contact us for further details.
Collection
Collection is available but there is no discount for collecting. You should contact us to arrange a suitable date and time for collection. Collections can be made during office hours.

Graded
Any graded item will be identified as such in the item listing. Graded means an item is sourced from graded goods, end of line, liquidation, ex-display/demo units. Unless an item is stated as being brand new please do not assume it is brand new. The items come with what is listed within the main section of the listing; if a part isn not listed it doesn not come with the item. Some items may not have the original boxes or may have superficial damage on them. All the items and fully tested before being listed for sale. For a claim to be valid you must report the fault within Two days of receiving the item. Any manufacturer warranty is at discretion of the manufacturer.
